Let’s focus
our attention and energy

in our lives.
This is more beneficial to us mentally,
strengthening our minds
to always look for the good in our day.
There is a great deal
of negativity and hate in this world,
but if we fill our lives,
especially our minds,
with optimism,
hope and
kindness,
there will be no room for anything else.
Let’s choose to create
a happier environment
for ourselves and those we love,
in which we can
strengthen our love for each other.
