It's a shame really, how you came to be

Through suffering and intent of pain

Now we have grown

Entangled yet separate

Integrated and split all the same

Yet hold the same truths even through our lies

The moral equity of our life hanging in balance

Waiting to be tipped by the shimmers of light piercing out from behind our choices
