I saw with my eyes
Comets in the mourning sky
Teardrops streaking by

Falling to our home
Great distances they have flown
Landing on our dome

I cry as of late?
Why? Since I know that You are
inside Heaven's gates

As the comets burn
I'm sadly reminded of
ashes in Your urn
