She Stretches the Morning’s Leaf Stem
Meeeeeeeyow
The arrow of time
pierces unsung dimensions:
the burbling brook
of some moss-hewn rocks,
rickety steps in an old
house stomped shut by
curious critters,
and an armchair perched upon,
by a dewdrop cat.
