she sits and stares, a stone-cold statue of

blue

back beside bare brick blocks of a brutal

blue

stoically sober she lingers, sick of seeing

blue

her bare heart bending, beating, bleeding

blue

salutations sweet surrender, so much for stable

blue

beneath the bulk she’s brittle, she breaks below

blue

silent sound of “ssss” slips out like silk stained

blue

from berry-kissed lips breathing breaths of bitter

blue

should a shell so hollow, so solidly

blue

be best bowled away from the barren

blue

or ought it scatter sumptuously into several shades of

blue

until it borders a cavernous basin brimming brightly

blue

submerged, she seeks to shirk the sundry questions from

blue

a bold, breezing apparition, bypassing insatiable, cruel

blue

a soft, "Bye," she blows, slithering by

shades of blue shrivel black, see the

blue

in her eyes
