⭐️She is a Star⭐️

She is a radiant star, emitting light amidst her dark surroundings.

Oh how far here presence is detected, but amidst so many others,

she feels quite neglected…

quite average…quite dull…

Comparison is a silent killer of the soul…

Why does she search so far and wide for a truth life tries relentlessly to hide?

Her radiance is derived from an internal source…

And slowly, as life takes its course,

she finds herself battling an internal force…

one she wasn’t prepared for, as it was so powerful; so brutal…

For you become your biggest obstacle if you see yourself as futile…

And as she starts to feel more defeated, the energetic fuel within her becomes depleted…

And tragically, that light becomes a little more dim…

Life seems a little more grim…

Until suddenly,

she realizes that every star has a reason to shine,

and with the ‘death’ of her previous self, she begins to emit a light so bright…so divine.

Death isn’t always a dark matter.

She is now a supernova; a superhero, with an indescribable superpower.

She is PART of that beautifully illuminated sky, and her light makes it even more beautiful,

for the breathtaking magnificence of the sky simply isn’t the same without her.

Even ONE missing piece diminishes the overall masterpiece.

Those ‘small details’ aren’t so small after all…

AND NEITHER IS SHE…

This ‘little’ light of mine, I’ll no longer underestimate its ability to shine…

Alas, she has discovered the true beam of light that lives within her.

Alas, she has found her place…her value…

Alas, she feels comfortable in her own skin.
