She.
The epitome of she.
She.
Does she know how deeply her heart entrenched my every reaction
When I hear a kettle scream I run to it instead of treading carefully
She. Oh my
The pain that settles like sediment in the water
She.
I miss the feeling of being stripped bare, emotionally.
She. I wonder if she can feel the phantom pain
A pinch, that echoes her voice like a breathing drum
She. How I would do any single thing she’d ask
Even tear out my own heart to toss aside.
