Shattered Dreams

In a world of whimsy, oh so bold,

A tale of a soul, once whole, now cold.

It was once filled with light and love,

A gift from above, from the heavens above.

But something went wrong, oh so terribly so,

And now this soul is cracked, with nowhere to go.

The pieces scattered, lost in the night,

A broken soul, without a guiding light.

The pain and the hurt, they cut so deep,

A wound that's so raw, it's hard to keep.

The soul cries out, in agony and pain,

But there's no one to hear, and nothing to gain.

Yet hope remains, for this broken soul,

A chance to heal, to once again be whole.

With patience and time, and love so true,

This shattered soul can be renewed.

So let us hold onto hope, in our hearts,

And let the healing begin, a brand new start.

For a broken soul can still find its way,

Back to the light, and a brighter day.
