Shadows Serenade

Loneliness' Ballet in the Night

By Dunkink BitsPublished 7 months ago Updated 7 months ago 1 min read

In shadows I linger

Moonbeams mock my solitude

Night's cruel companion

~

Alone, but not lost

Loneliness, a sly mirage

Echoes in silence

~

A canvas of dark

Brushstrokes of fleeting solace

Dreams, elusive sparks

~

Stars, silent witnesses

Constellations weep for me

Yet, in tears, I breathe

~

Paradox blooms here

In the garden of darkness

Lonely, yet alive

Paradoxes define our identity. Within are hidden the secrets to our souls, i feel the depth of the searching soul. Lovely poetry.
