Eerie whispers shadow the sun's bold face,

Crimson edges bleed into a dark embrace.

Lost are the stars, yet one steals the scene,

In a dance of darkness, where light has been.

Phantoms roam in the noonday night,

Silhouettes against a dim, blood-red light.

Eclipsed hearts throb under a haunted moon's gaze.
