Shackled to My Anxiety

It Is Like My Worst Nightmare Come True:

Saying goodbye to a beloved loved one

Planes falling from the sky.

Not being like because I am me

Being ridiculed for being a minority

I am not like them

Missing an appointment

Losing a dear friend

Not remembering how to speak

Being abused

Being gaslighted

Not feeling like I belong

Losing my morals

The worst writer in the world

Having a President(leaders) who make the world worse than it was

Losing a child

Prayers are not being answered

People hating one another

Family being divided

There is no unity

Scammers winning

Everyone is homeless

Getting into an accident

fallen sick

Getting Major Surgery, with bad side effects

Seeing people walking around like Zombies

Hospital overcapacity

War

Catastrophe

People I trust are doing bad things behind my back

Nowhere to go

feeling helpless

Being indecisive

Self-sabotage

Being blamed for someone's bad behavior

Marrying the wrong person

The Justice system is not working as it should, and is not protecting the innocent.

Not accomplishing all my life goals

Not coming up with a solution to my problem in a timely manner

Not having a trusted Doctor

( I have seen my future, but, yet I still survive all the nightmares of life)
