Severe Soul Suffering

Towards the rainbow from the darkest cloud

It approached suddenly

From out of the clear blue sky

Invoking tiny rainbow stripes

And something additional

*

Step by step degradation

Of my mood, inclination to

Stick on like glue, Blu-tack, or tape

On my brainwaves

*

Very sensitive in nature

Where electricity sparks

Are not identical

Causing electrical discharges

*

Multiplied over and over again

Like in an endless loop

Until a sudden pattern break

Will make me feel constant

*

Rush of energy

On the right side

Instead on the defective

To keep my coils

*

Constantly strong

Impossible to break with any malicious gesture

Aimed at me without blenching

The criminal eye

*

You can try it, but it won’t work anymore

Moved by one act of kindness

Deep underneath

Rustic traditional oriental rug

*

To Darren, the Samaritan volunteer who helped me that day

If you have no one to talk to, there are people who will always answer your call, no matter the time. If you struggle like me, you can always talk to the Samaritans.
