Serene Landscape

Better Place

Perhaps it wasn’t necessary

Left with nothing only buried

Pushing daisies, write obituaries

Till his name is carried

Off onto the loft

Where the heavens part

His welcoming deserved

Many said he was disturbed

Concerned with his condition

Although was his decision

He was sure to leave an impact

Admired for his wisdom

Challenges arisen

from the depth

He had admitted them

Without a single blockade

Fortified, was killing him

Deep inside the vessel

Engulfed, misguided temple

Deterred from a destined path

Savant type of mental

Stride the esplanade of life

Insight was his appeal to fight

The devils that would permeate

Exterminate his dream for flight

Some prayed for his achievement

Delayed by such bereavement

No dollar signs turn pantomime

A Lame among the sheepish

Who asinine in their critique

Developing such hatred

I wondered how they even sleep

No sense compared to aphids

Despite the many speculation

Broken hearts in restoration

Songs of tears we once had feared

Acknowledge now, there’s no replacement

Youre in a better place….Serene Landscape
