Haiku for my mom
Envisioned her home
Painted color of the sea
Illustration Peace
This Haiku is dedicated to my late mother, Adrienne (Cormier) Hession who passed away in 2015. Along with having the most generous heart, she taught us so much about art, music and being creative in general. She reconnected with her own painting later in life emphasizing that you are never too old to pursue something you love to do.

Lovely haiku - it made me feel an absolutely wealth of things, and I reached for the phone to call my mom. Thank you so much for sharing your mother's art, the words, and the beauty of both.
