Watch seed to sapling
Growth a seen affirmation,
See the air bender
Needing nothing else
Earth, water, air and carbon
Empedocies truth
Water filters through,
Roots giving a standing strength
Ujjayi Breathing
Time calls for new growth
Fire clears, giving new birth
We wait for saplings
