What YOU Are Capable Of

How many times have we said;
“I didn’t know I could do that!” ?
The truth is
that we always ‘underestimate’ ourselves
and
never see ourselves as others do.
We need to remember
what challenges we have come through
and
how much stronger we have become.
Every experience we have gone through
equips us and gives us
the tools of knowledge and resilience
to help us on our journey in life.
Every step we take,
whether large or small,
is a testament
to our strength and determination
to be happy in our lives.
When we begin to understand
that every experience is an open door
to a new opportunity,
we begin to “see” what WE are capable of.
