Seasonal Feasts
Winter gathered
our tired hearts,
the fire glowing
with gentle warmth,
spring brought colours
to heal our eyes,
soft winds carrying
the scent of hope,
summer offered
long calm nights,
moments stretching
like open hands,
autumn whispered
in rust and gold,
its fading beauty
a feast of time,
each season calling
for hearts to wake,
for tables waiting
to welcome peace,
hands reaching slowly
through shifting days
to find a meaning
in all that changed,
and through each cycle
of warmth and cold
we learned the hunger
of living on.
