Scramble

Go to sleep.

Too hot.

Hottest May 1st ever.

El Niño.

New Kneecap album.

Tofu strips on a bun for dinner.

Check messages.

Say goodbye to my roommate.

Gripping news everywhere.

Have lunch.

Work out.

Do some cycling in the morning.

Do my physio exercises.

Want to return to the field.

Get a delivery of fruit for breakfast.

Wake up .

Can’t sleep.

It’s early.

Thoughts are scrambled.

Stimulation from the fear of the draft.

Ruined my life on the drink.

And my liver.

Heart is back in Gaza.

Country not going anywhere.

Nurses killed in the streets around here.
