The cold mist hitting, my skin

Keeping, me cool on this humid night

The cool breeze running, through my hair

The clouds moving in

The sound of rain hitting, the roof top of the palace

Music playing, down in the ballroom

Couples dancing, as their bodies are in sync, with one another

The smell of bread baking, in the oven

The sun rising, with its lavish colors in the sky

The sun beaming

Birds chirping, children laughing

Scents of

Smell

Touch

Sound

Taste

Sight

Just a few things you can

Feel

Touch

Hear

Smell

See

And Eat

For Fun

About the Creator

Jennifer lindquist

I’ve always had a interest in poetry since I took a creative writing class in high school. Writing poetry is my safe place where I can either get positive or sometimes negative energy out by my writing of poetry.
