Scars/Stars

We follow the platform,

Of our lives, tripping over,

Ego and bandages, developing,

Unique scars, leading to the,

Stars of a nightmare, we,

Follow the artificial concept,

Marriage the cookies we,

Bite and suck on in tragedy,

We just say, fuck it, and,

Try to move forward with,

A fan full of surprised,

Compromise rub through,

The nightmare falls apart,

Being on the opposite side,

Of indignation smoke rising,

Through the ashes of,

Complication they are still,

There, if we look for them,

In the shade of another,

Lifetime fight to hide,

The scars and the shame,

That society has chosen for us,

It will be awhile for vanity.
