The neverending false prophecy of Jupiter and Saturn

I look upon him as he yells once more

Unleashing a stinging hand across the back of my head

All I can fathom him as is a tyrant

An evil king put in my life to make me miserable

Make me small and ant like for all to see

Faintly I see the broken child, the little Jupiter

Who felt the wrath of a titan at young age

Who devoured him out of fear of retaliation

The prophecy of the vengeful son

The prophecy set in motion by the very act ment to stop it

Set in motion at the beginning of all things and left to fester

Over generations of fathers and sons

Sons who grew up under tyrant kings, only to become them themselves

Trying to break down small jupiters so they never fight back

Only creating the very monster they feared in the process

How can it ever end, if all fathers believe it to be fated

So I stand there and watch as my saturn devours me limb by limb

Waiting for my chance to turn on him, become the very thing I hated

but I never do, I never turn on him, only cry and empathize

Calls me weak for not fulfilling the fantasy, a wish for punishment

I have finally killed the wounding saturn
