Say it again. And again. And again.

(Great) Tower of Babel By Pieter Brueghel the Elder - Levels adjusted from File:Pieter_Bruegel_the_Elder_-_The_Tower_of_Babel_(Vienna)_-_Google_Art_Project.jpg, originally from Google Art Project., Public Domain, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=22179117

So Ah wis sittin' an' writin', walkin' the corridors o' mah mind fir inspiration an' destination between the first line

Whit's interesting is revision an' reorder

There wis nae Crimson shatters the ocean tones

As Ah long fir silence an' scentlessness

There wis simply a question

Is intellectual property still intellectual

If it's wrought by an idiot oan a salmon

Autocorrect chose salmon Ah said napkin

But Ah'm no angry

. . .

As the question took hawld so did mah sense

Or lack o' good sense tae retract an' delete

As the sewers infringe oan mah eager nostrils

When is intellectual jist an umbrella

An' no' a sign o' actual deep thoughts

An' clever wordplay rather than forced

End rhymes an' ridiculous metaphors

Frae courage o' an auld tinker tae the desperation o' a Roxanne o' the night tryin' tae find a ride tae afford a ride hame.

An' has-beens an' also-rans frae

A big book o' soleless poetic writin'

Aboot roses, dandelions an' several pages aboot

The deadly an' the majesty o' the deep blue sea

But Ah'm no angry

. . .

Ah'm also no excited like

when Ah think Ah've cracked a code

As the tastes o' sweat an' iron overpowers

Frae perspiration o' restlessness indecision

An' Ah kin hear mahsel' recitin' wae poise

An' rationality an' Ah request ye the reader

Count backwards frae ten in Japanese

If it makes ye feel better an' imagine

Imagine ye are in the impossibility sea

No tranquility but improbability tea

The kind that stinks oan yer throat

An' burns yer esophagus an' tarnishes

Yer Grammarly Pro subscription an'

Aw the 'hings o' heat an' heart an' soul

Its's aw relevant an' distilled even when it's no

But Ah'm no angry

. . .

But Ah need tae find the right point tae cross the eyes

An' dot the tease

When ye retroactively reinterface wae yer fruits o' labour an' ye find it's missing summit

Be a slave tae yer own creation an' dinnae get too cerried away.

No all intellectual property is made equally

But Ah'm no angry

. . .

Sum is written oan salmon an' sum is drivel

Ah'm jist sad
