Empty inside,

Not sure what's happening,

I miss it - am I crazy,

Twisted maybe,

Not even sure on that.

New feelings I can't name,

Old feelings gone,

I knew those,

Where'd they go,

Can I have them back?

Self sabotaging,

For what,

This was the aim all along,

What to do?

Acceptance takes time,

What to do in the mean time,

Hide and run

Or open arm hug it,

Embrace the change?

Sad,

I miss you,

And you want me back,

I feel you pulling me there,

But I must look forward,

Move forward,

Embrace the new,

Make room for content to take charge.
