Rrrr is how I feel when overwhelm creeps in,

creeping,

crusting,

cringing

and crinkling.

Because I am trying too hard

to live the shoulds

have tos

ought tos

justs

and musts

of more is more.

But dear goddess, you know

‘less is more’

is the wisdom

cradled in the crimson drishti

of the soul.

So, say no

to the superfluous extras

and this and thats

that are crowding

congesting,

corroding

and corrupting

the grit of your time and path.

Commit loyally to anything

having to do with

this kind of Rrrr ...

Riding

wRiting

Resilience

and Reiki.

That’s that.

My crimson drishti emboldens

the focus I’m holdin’.

Now to implement

s l o w with glow.

Pause.

Ponder the pace,

purpose,

and potential.

Then persevere

in the story

of my story.

Making herstory,

here I go,

here I am.

Rrrr.
