It was so deep, it looked black

as faces bloodied by life

all there was,

pulsing

red

until it rained.

Through hot, thick smog

water broke

uprooting the forest

to soften the Earf.

The dirt was red, too. Bright

and sweet

like flesh meat

as dancers bead sweat

across their hides

Feet souls and faces dirty

its any wonder we made it out

alive

how did we survive?

Could I tell you?

It was soo deep, it looked black

then it rained.

Everything was red still, but differently.

It made me wonder

Dreaming pink.
