Struggle in glory

Shine through dusk

All of life out of reach

Goals that will never be met

Destination out of step

Small pleasures fleeting

Alone with everyone

Deep wonder distracting

Relief from status quo

Self medication in seclusion

Each sunrise a victory

Every moment intense

I strive for perfection content in my flaws
