ROSA PARK

In the heart of a nation, torn by strife,

Stood a woman of courage, who changed life.

Rosa Parks, with a strength so true,

A symbol of justice, in the red, white, and blue.

On a Montgomery bus, in '55,

She took a stand, to keep hope alive.

Refusing to give up her seat,

She ignited a movement, no defeat.

With dignity and grace, she faced the storm,

As her quiet defiance reshaped the norm.

A seamstress by trade, a hero right,

Rosa Parks stood firm, in freedom's light.

Arrested and jailed, but undeterred,

Her actions sparked a change, word by word.

The Montgomery Bus 55 Boycott, a beacon of hope,

As people united, in courage's scope.

For in the face of oppression, Rosa stood tall,

A symbol of resilience, for one and all.

Her legacy lives on, in history,

A reminder of the power, of courage and rage.

remember Rosa name, courage, in the hall of fame.

For actions, we find,

The strength to resist, the power shine.
