It is true
that you shall know
a tree
by its fruit.
However,
you can also know it
by its roots.
Fruits can easily fall
and petals of its flowers
can be blown away
by the wind
but if the tree
still stands tall,
know that its roots
are deep
and therefore,
it will still enjoy
many new beginnings
with each passing season.
