A drop in a bucket, or what

yes, that makes ripples, but

is that what I am talking about

No, and without a doubt

we ripple and ripple and ripple out!

~

I prefer to mention the positives

Children will take initiatives

to do some things like you do

to say some things that you say too

~

Coming from a no Hugs

family, Hugs can replace drugs

Not just loving but saying "love you"

is helpful for me and for you to do

~

Working an honesty program is a catchy

thing to say and do. My son in a sassy

mood said, "I work an honesty program too!"

My daughter said, "Write a gratitude list Boo"

to her cousin in recovery wanting to use.

To have something different to choose.

To think of something other than booze

~

Ripples of things I said and did come back

It reminds me to keep on track

keep setting those good examples

These are just samples.

~

Friends will say, remember when you said...

I don't always remember but it ripples out

those helpful tips we learn and fed

to others in our life. And without a doubt

they will go on to make a difference in others

lives. That is why we love and pray for our brothers

~

We tell others that, and we share our experience and

strength and hope' with others that can understand

the gifts life has for us when we live a certain way

These are my thoughts for someone on this day

It maybe you or someone else needing to hear this today!
