And may we wash our hands of you

RIP 2021

It started early in the year,

And then there was the mob,

A return to decency,

Denied by Fox's slobs.

~

Back to school with vax and masks,

On those of us who care,

And no, of course, I don't mean you,

It's can but won't who scare.

~

Celebrities we loved and lost,

Most recently today,

December 31st for her,

Ms White, for you we pray.

~

I know there were some good things too,

Or more like not so bad,

Not as bad as '16 here,

I guess I should be glad.

~

But now it's over, done and gone,

We can take a breath and rest,

But still remember, keep in mind,

This year was not the best.
