Retrospect

If I knew it would be the last time I saw you, I would have memorized it.

Watched the way you move, your smile, the way your eyes light up when you talk about something you're passionate about.

I would have remembered every single word you said and replayed it over and over again in my head.

I would have cherished every single second and remembered everything about that day.

There was so much I regret leaving unsaid and I could have changed that if I knew it would be the last time I saw you.
