Responsibility, the thing most of our parental guidance enforced, most teachings catered to self-control, not the sport of looking out for your fellow neighbor next door, or the stranger behind the front door
When do we hold ourselves accountable for the brother or sister, the neighbor or stranger?
Being raised in a household that exhibited the trait, "treat others as you would expect to be treated," not beating others, mistreating, not teaching, or growing with the fellow being that accompanies us on this journey, it's never too early or too late to change negatives to positives, neutrons to protons,
For the men, guns down, pants up, your brother shouldn't be taken down if the so-called man has that at the center of his plan, take pride for your household & those in it, they depend on us as their kingly man,
For the women, know your worth, be the queen, stand your ground, but know & understand your position because either job is heavy lifting, the kids need nurturing additional to the father's guidance,
We often take the wrong things personal, losing focus on the actual possibilities, stuck on little decisions that aren't that meaningful, gaining only more grief & anger, assuming most of it is exhausted amongst our kids, who grow to have trigger fits, ending their own, thinking it's a gift,
Today stand not just for yourself, but represent & assume responsibility for your neighbor & the stranger, because really it's only us, we have nothing else... #Responsibility
