Respect

Yourself

By Tee's ViewsPublished 6 years ago 1 min read
Our love was brief and maybe it was because she jumped too soon.

From the moment we met you wanted to fuck. I stood back and reset my train of thought. How easy was it if you threw yourself at me? In that moment I saw everything, Your heart hurt to be loved but craving a touch. I wasn't down to give in to some vulnerable thoughts. I ain't like the rest I put you in check. Don't throw yourself around and look for respect. I gave you something the rest took and then left. Keep that in mind next time you're crying wondering "why?"
