~Remember Me~

Leaving a memory of me behind,

Staining it desperately in your minds

For a time to come,

When I can see

Who of you Remembered me!

Those childhood friends,

From days of past

You remember their first names

But not there lasts;

The first and the last name

Of someone that does come to mind,

Was Never a friend

But rather just that One of a Kind,

And surely indeed staining their Memory

Leaving it behind;

Staining it permanently in some of our minds,

So the question now remaining that I do ask

Is who of you remember me

From the days of childhood past?

The time will come when I shall see,

Who of you Remember Me!
