Shadows cast by midnight’s veil,

I whispered love, both fierce and frail.

A tempest stirred within my chest,

My cursed longing, now confessed.

By moon’s cold light, your gaze turned steel,

Unforgiving—a scar that time will never heal.

Forever haunted, but freed by you,

My love, eternal, dark, and true.
