I've been rummaging for meaning within knicker drawers thumbing over sacred pages tiptoeing backwards through chrysalis stages.

searching in circles for interdependence baying for a beating anthropoid dancing delinquent with cicatrices spewing out myelin to expose -

- Poetic Lane swerve - the fucking nerve!

I've nursed my nightmares swaddled them in laughter hand-fed them a tune grasped at their strings puppeteered those grotesque things

Until

I found perfect harmony in the dark discoveries in sparks a rising flame in the gloom made peace with my doom

short-of-breath-gasp-swoon!

Catching a pass at the looking glass Glimpses Reflections of self

The aperture fills with devotion Revelations Storage for emotion

She is all that I have searched for all that I sought was there from the start Lady in the looking glass

Be still my beating heart.
