Redemption and Damnation

Which path?

I stand at the crossroads one step from redemption or damnation.

My soul tells me one way, my heart the other.

What may damn me today will redeem me tomorrow.

What seems right today may not the next.

For even the moon is a sun at night.

How can I decide what is right.

Damnation right to end this fight, redeem my soul I beg tonight.

A heavy heart decides righteous fate.

Forget the roads, I'll make my own, I'll go it alone now, take me home.

What sins to atone? I did what seemed right in this unholy fight.

I begged to god to end this war, I just want my soul to be restored.

Now forever tainted, where does a young mans soul go?

Heaven or Hell, only god can tell and she aint talkin'.
