Reconcile Anger

wise words are the key

In the storm of emotions

Without judgment, we choose

To calm the sea of anger

That rudely whips the soul

Not shy away, nor fight

But soothe, listening intently

"Why are you angry?" we wisely ask

Opening the tightly locked door of the heart

Wise words form a bridge

Between the darkness and the light of wisdom

"Listen," the whisper of the heart says

Accompanying the steps in silence

After the ripples of anger have subsided

In the pause of time, you say

I am here, for you, to bring peace,

Together we find a way out

In the embrace of time, we understand

That every anger has a story

And patiently, with love

We face it, without having to pretend

So many bad decisions made in anger and regretted after. Great advice.
