Rebuilt blooming Portal

A journey through darkness, rebirth, and the quiet power of rebuilding yourself.

By Aahna RajeshPublished 6 months ago 1 min read

I stood at the edge between darkness and pure light,

the mind belonged to the light,

but the heart wasn’t meant to be.

the mind stayed unsure,

slowly touched by the curse.

That day I realised

that I stepped on someone’s empire.

the fragile self of me

felt so innocent—

people around me were so powerful

their influence shaped me.

The layer of innocence thinned,

the anger inside me thickened like an anglerfish,

its glow a new bloom of petals—

a punishment that was never meant for me.

The ruined portal in the darkness

built a new version of me,

no longer theirs anymore,

but something rebuilt from me—

a new kingdom rising from the fragments of who I became.
