Real men do cry. Saying “real men don’t cry” has always been one of the biggest lies.

Real men do cry. This notion isn’t always appealing so men always resort to hiding our feelings.

Real men do cry. We do it for self. We do it for those around us and do it for health.

Real men do cry. Those who refuse to let go of that emotional knife don’t live a long life.

Real men do cry. Take the thought that we don’t and drop it. Telling a man that he shouldn’t cry is toxic.

Real men do cry. Brother don’t hold the waterworks in out of fear. Go ahead and release the tears.

I totally agree! Men should be able to cry and be vulnerable without being judged for it!

I think that if more men showed their heartaches and tender, touching moments were expressed with tears the world would soften. Very sweet.
