
So strange it is to think we once stood side by side, unaware of the hurricanes coming from both directions
But in a fraction of a moment I turned and found your eyes, and so we collided.
So lost in your heart, so safe from the Shadow of my hate for the girl in the mirror.
Perhaps I should have known how misshapen our hearts would be once intertwined from one another, I didn't hold you tight enough when I needed to but I will always love too much to regret the sting of these self inflicted wounds on my precious reality. I balance on the tightrope of the invisible threads that connect the brains of this world to the souls, never knowing what will happen if I let go and fall into the abyss of my emptiness. In a world where humans are more of an idea than a living entity.
