What to do, what to do

When your eyes blur

And you can't see in front of you

~

Can't tell the bad from the good

Pain from there pleasure

A knife and a spoon look the same

~

When all is going well

But all you can do is wait

For that other shoe

~

When you think you're doing well

But no one really agrees with you

What to do, what to do

~

Mind in the throes of paranoia

Enemies everywhere

No idea which ones are real

~

Do you swing at everything

Or hunker down and pray

No matter what you do you've got to play

~

Play some sort of game

That we call life

Trying to figure out if it's all worth the fight

~

If only I could take flight

Wouldn't have to fight for my life

What to do, what to do

~
