Therapy

Be it with self or a professional

A whole generation raised in anxiety

Then left behind and told not to worry

~

Looking back I think we were all raised in anxiety

Not just the mills but all the way back to the boomers too

Whole groups of people told to grin and bear it

Maybe we all need therapy

~

I've said it once, I'll say it again

I'll say it tomorrow, I'll say it forever more

You see something, you say something

Give a smile

Ask what's wrong

Hug someone who's crying

~

Put the whole damn world in therapy

Talk it out until we can all at least breathe

A whole world raised in anxiety

So if you see something, say something

~

This poem was inspired by a conversation I was involved in and well it got my brain rambling. If you see someone in need, take a moment and try to help. I hope you all enjoyed this rambling. If you did then please heart, subscribe, and feel free to leave a tip. Till next time
