A race to do good

I chase after you.

I run towards you ceaselessly.

The one that I love cannot compare to you.

Things that I carry only weigh me down.

So I lose you.

Then you come back to me.

You never leave, but I run in many directions.

How great do I make the distance between us?

How far will I travel in the end?

I need you.

Do not lose me.

Though I am lost here.

My comforts offer no comfort.

I long to return to you, and only you.

What do you have waiting for me?

Where must I go to find it?

Take me.
