Rainy Skies Go Dark Now
The rain like old tears drowns my windows,I can’t see out

Rainy Skies Go Dark Now
Rainy skies go dark now,
Clouds gather without sound.
The daylight slowly disappears,
As silence wraps around.
Each raindrop writes a memory,
Across my window pane.
Echoes fall from distant storms,
Like tears that carry pain.
The wind begins its lonely song,
Among the restless trees.
The world now dim with the weight,
Of autumn’s weary breeze.
Streetlights flicker into life,
Soft halos through the rain.
They cannot chase shadows back,
Nor wash away the pain.
Still somewhere past the darkest cloud,
The morning waits to rise.
Hope survives in hidden places,
Beyond the storm-filled skies.
No season lasts forever,
No night remains the same.
Even broken hearts remember,
How sunlight gently came.
The rain may soak the earth tonight,
And hide the stars above.
But every storm eventually,
Makes room again for love.
So rainy skies go dark now,
Yet darkness does not win.
For every dawn begins its work,
By quietly shining in.
