Raindrops on a Windowpane

(Tears Unshed)

Each raindrop paints a tearful streak,

Mirroring the sorrow, too deep to speak.

The windowpane, a blurred screen,

Hiding the storm within, unseen.

Thunder rumbles, a heart's despair,

Lightning flashes, etching lines of care.

Aching silence fills the empty room,

Echoing whispers of a shattered bloom.

But the rain will cleanse, the storm will wane,

Leaving behind a glistening pane.

Sunlight peeks through, a promise bright,

Of healing dawn and newfound light.

Though tears may fall, a cleansing rain,

The heart within will rise again.

For even darkness cannot win,

When a spirit yearns to start anew, within.
