Quiet corners of a cluttered mind
Coffee in hand, as I dive through the tasks
In the quiet corners of a cluttered mind,
Where thoughts like wild rivers twist and unwind,
I dive into tasks with fervor and zeal,
Each deadline a mountain, each project a wheel.
The hum of the screen, a soft, digital hymn,
Wraps round me like shadows, and I’m drawn deep within,
Pages turn, and ideas start to dance,
In this labyrinth of labor, I find my trance.
Time becomes fluid, a stream without end,
Minutes fade swiftly, to hours they bend,
Lost in the pixels, in diagrams sprawled,
A world of creation, where echoes are called.
Coffee in hand, as I dive through the tasks,
A curious journey, no one ever asks,
What magic transpires in the fertile grey,
When I’m wrapped in my work, and I drift far away.
Colleagues may wander, their voices a blur,
But I’m in the depths where the dreamers confer,
With each keystroke a heartbeat, a pulse in the night,
I’m sculpting my visions, I’m catching the light.
Yet there’s a whisper beneath the deafening roar,
A soft, tender call from the life at the door,
To pause and remember, to step back, to breathe,
For even in passion, we often misleave.
So I navigate balance, that delicate line,
In passion, in focus, where I draw my design,
For every great venture that’s born in the work,
Needs a moment of stillness—each day’s gentle quirk.
In the end, I find beauty in getting lost deep,
For from this sweet chaos, my dreams start to leap,
But I’ll nurture the ties that keep me in view,
For the wealth of my work is the world I pursue.
