🧩She is a puzzle piece.🧩
A tiny fragment in the scope of the big picture…
ONE piece of the most complex,
most intricate,
most confusing,
most challenging puzzle.
The puzzle with the most pieces.
The puzzle she calls life.
It makes sense how she can sometimes feel lost in a large crowd…
It makes sense how she can sometimes feel like she is drowning….
It makes sense how she can sometimes feel so small…
The details unfortunately start to get lost when your focus is on the bigger picture.
In a puzzle so large, the individual pieces do seem quite small…
In a way, they are…
But reality as we know it is heavily influenced by perception.
🌀So many aspects of it are merely an illusion…🌀
an image painted onto the individual puzzle pieces once they are joined together…
an image that is therefore very easily distorted…
and very easily misinterpreted…
These parallels of life and puzzles/the pieces they are are composed of seem too beautiful to ignore…
So she decides to change her pace…
But she doesn’t instantly “change,” much like how she didn’t instantly become so jaded.
Growth is a beautiful phenomenon, but “growing pains,” well…hurt.
She chooses to take a different approach:to broaden her perspective; to see multiple sides of the bigger picture in an attempt to further appreciate and understand it.
Ironically enough, this new healthy focus on the bigger picture actually helps enhance the details.
She may feel small.
She should…
just in a different way than she usually does…
The big picture is beautiful, but to fully appreciate it’s beauty,
the small details mustn’t be ignored.
A tiny fragment,
she is a piece of the puzzle, nonetheless.
And NO TWO PIECES ARE THE SAME…much like no two people…
To disregard her and her contribution would mean that not only is there a missing piece of the puzzle,
but it is a piece that is irreplaceable.
She is a masterpiece that is irreplaceable.
