Use past mistakes as stepping stones

“Don’t carry

your mistakes

around with you.

Instead,

place them under your feet

and use them as stepping stones”

Our minds

are the most important part of our bodies,

because the mind

controls every aspect of us,

as a person.

From our emotions

to our dreams

to our hearts

and to every organ in our bodies,

our minds have full control.

We, therefore, need

to Control our minds.

Every one of us

makes mistakes in our lives,

some of them are big,

some of them are small.

What we need to Remember

is to learn from these mistakes

and use that knowledge

to learn from

and to progress

in our lives.

We can help ourselves

by keeping that Gratitude journal,

writing down every single day

the good things

that are in our lives.

These Positive words

will ‘push out’

the negative mistakes.
