you must think i am beautiful

or good enough to eat

your eyes are on me like two fires

but i cant feel the heat

i hear a crack in the brush

and i turn to run

im met with your claws

and i think im done

your grip is rough

your grin is cold

its better to be still

or so im told

but i didnt want this

it should be known

i didnt want this

i tried to go

but no one cares if a fox

tried to get away

they just assume the wolf was hungry

and had a game to play

so ill suggest im an animal

its more easy to say

instead of being questioned

my intention

i didnt ask to be prey
